At Veloura, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you can request a return in accordance with this policy.

Returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be:

Unworn and unused
In their original condition
Free from stains, damage, perfume, makeup, or other marks
Returned with original tags and packaging where applicable

For hygiene reasons, bikinis, swimwear, underwear, and other intimate items cannot be returned if they have been worn or if the hygiene seal has been removed.

How to Request a Return

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will confirm whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may request photographs or other information to help us resolve the issue. Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.

Return Shipping

If you return an item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item, unless otherwise stated.

If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return costs.

Original delivery charges may be refundable where required by applicable UK consumer law.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

For online purchases, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions. If you exercise this right, you generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

This cancellation right does not apply to certain goods, including some sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Exchanges

We may offer exchanges where stock is available. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may issue a refund instead.
